At 49 mm wide they clear tyres up to 40 mm, so they suit most hybrids, tourers and roomier road or gravel bikes. They bolt to your frame and fork eyelets and the brake or mudguard bridge, with 39 cm stays to trim to length.
The set weighs about 550 g and, being metal, stays straight and quiet once fitted properly.

Suits 700C wheels with tyres up to 40 mm. Your frame and fork need eyelets for the stays and a brake or mudguard bridge to mount the guard. Check there's enough clearance under the brake calipers and fork crown.
Getting a rattle-free fit
Alloy guards look best when they follow the tyre evenly. Trim the stays so the gap is even all the way round, and use nylock nuts so nothing works loose. It's a fiddly job, so we're happy to fit them for you.
