A practical replacement for anyone servicing a compatible hub, pedal or pivot bearing and needing a precisely sized sealed cartridge bearing.
The 61002LLB is a sealed radial cartridge bearing for compatible bicycle components. It uses high-carbon chromium steel, Grade 10 balls and deep-groove races, with ABEC-5 precision for consistent dimensional accuracy and smooth operation. ABEC ratings describe bearing precision, but they do not by themselves determine durability or rolling performance; seals, materials, grease and construction also matter.
Inside, a 90% fill of high-pressure waterproof grease supports long service, while the dual-seal arrangement helps keep contamination out. The outward-facing LLU seal provides full contact and the inward-facing LLB seal uses lighter contact; together, the seals sit in a micro-groove to form a full labyrinth against the elements.
With a 15 mm inside diameter, 32 mm outside diameter and 9 mm width, this bearing suits some quick-release hub designs, pedals and pivot bearings where those dimensions are specified. CN clearance is best suited to looser press-fit bores. For suspension applications, choose a MAX-type bearing instead, as its construction is better suited to that use.
Exact 61002 dimensions
The 15 x 32 x 9 mm format makes it straightforward to match against the bearing currently fitted to your component.
ABEC-5 quality
Tighter dimensional tolerances support accurate, consistent bearing operation in suitable cycling applications.
Full-labyrinth sealing
The micro-groove seal interface creates an additional barrier against dust, moisture and other contamination.
Waterproof grease fill
A 90% fill of high-pressure waterproof grease helps support protection and lubrication inside the cartridge.
Chromium steel construction
High-carbon chromium steel races and Grade 10 balls provide a durable steel bearing arrangement for everyday servicing.
Broad component use
Designed for compatible quick-release hub designs, pedals and pivot bearings.
CN clearance
Best suited to looser press-fit bearing bores, helping you select the right clearance for the fit.
Know the application
The standard bearing is not the preferred option for suspension use; select a MAX-type version for that application.
