A rider or workshop with a 10-speed chain who wants a link that can be opened again for cleaning and waxing.
This YBN quick release link joins the two ends of a 10-speed chain and opens again when you want the chain off the bike, which suits riders who clean or wax their chain. It is a silver link sized for 5.88 mm chains.
It suits Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo 10-speed chains. The pack carries YBN's own fitting advice, including any limit on how many times the link can be refitted, so read it before the first use.

One size, made for 10-speed chains (5.88 mm; YBN's newer packs round this to 5.9 mm). It is not interchangeable with links for other speeds, so check your chain's speed first.
New chain, new link
Fit a new connecting link whenever you fit a new chain, rather than carrying the old one over. Quick links open and close much more easily with master link pliers.
