How payouts work
- When a sale's money is released, we send your share to your Stripe account
- Stripe then pays it out to your linked bank account
- Your payout schedule is set in Stripe, and your Stripe dashboard shows when each payout will arrive
Tracking payouts
- Go to Your account > Settings > Payouts
- Open your Stripe dashboard
- See pending amounts
- View your payout history

Delayed payout?
- Check bank holidays
- Verify bank details correct
- Ensure Stripe account in good standing
Missing payout?
- Check Stripe dashboard
- Verify it was processed
- Contact Stripe support if needed
