Getting started as a seller

Selling on Yellow Jersey is easy and reaches thousands of cycling enthusiasts.

Requirements to sell

• A Yellow Jersey account (free to create)
• Photos and details of the item you're selling
• To get paid, payouts set up with Stripe Connect (you can list and sell before you do this)

Account types

Individual seller

• Perfect for selling personal items
• No business verification required
• Same buyer protection and features

Bicycle store

• For registered bike shops and businesses
• Verified store badge on your profile
• Additional features like Lightspeed integration

Setting up Stripe Connect

You don't need Stripe to list or sell, but we can only pay you once it's set up:

1. Go to Your account > Settings > Payouts
2. Click "Set up payouts"
3. Follow the prompts to verify your identity
4. Link your bank account for payouts

Creating your first listing

Once you have an account, you can:

• Use Smart Upload (AI-powered listing creation)
• Create listings manually
• Import from Facebook Marketplace

• Take clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles
• Write detailed, honest descriptions
• Price competitively by checking similar listings
