Servicing is done in-store by the Ashburton Cycles mechanics, not sent away. Gear tuning, brake services, wheel truing, bottom bracket and headset overhauls, drivetrain replacements and e-bike checks are all handled on site, and you will get a call before any work beyond the quoted service is done.

Service menu and pricing

Basic Service $129: full clean, gears indexed and lubricated, brake service, safety check and frame wipe down. Pro Service $169 adds an ultrasonic chain clean and frame polish. Full Service $249 adds a bottom bracket service, two wheel trues and a headset service. Gold Service from $399 is a complete strip and rebuild with new cables, brake bleed and fresh bar tape or grips.

Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–4pm and Sunday 10am–3pm. Walk-ins are welcome for quick jobs like punctures, brake adjustments and gear tweaks; booked services are usually turned around fast so you are not off the bike for long.

Pickup and drop-off available
