Know what’s worth keeping on the shelf.

Before Monday’s order, ask which parts sell and which just sit there. Albert, who answers questions about your numbers, reads your sales, stock, accounts and rosters from Lightspeed, Xero and Deputy, and shows the table behind every answer.

Pick a question to ask Albert.

How many 11-speed chains have we sold since July?

76 since 1 July, $4,128 in sales, and there are none left on the shelf. The 105 chain sells the most:

Questions

Does Nest answer the phone?

No. When you can’t take a call, Nest texts the caller back within a minute, then answers their texts from your stock, prices and hours. Anything it can’t settle goes to your team.

Do I keep my number?

Yes. Customers keep calling your usual number. Calls you can’t take are forwarded to Nest, which texts them back.

Will Nest say the wrong thing to my customers?

Nest answers from your own stock, prices, hours and workshop jobs. You can read every conversation, reply yourself at any point and switch it off whenever you like.

Do I need Lightspeed?

For most of it. Nest’s stock answers, quotes and Albert all read Lightspeed. Missed-call texts and the supplier catalogue work without it.

Is it really free?

Yes. Yellow Jersey is free for 6 months, and there are no setup costs.

Have it running before the summer rush.
