The Pulse L2 gives you a super-light 18 g bottle cage made from injected carbon fibre, with included 7075T6 aluminium screws to keep the overall setup light. Its flexible construction adapts to bottles measuring 72–76 mm in diameter, making it suitable for a broad range of standard cycling bottles.
In day-to-day riding, the cage is easy to load and unload and has held bottles securely over rough gravel and cobbled surfaces. The high bottle support helps with retention, although it can make bottle insertion more difficult when a frame bag occupies the same space, particularly on smaller frames. Independent testing measured one example at 21 g, close to the claimed weight.
