This is Shimano's CN-M8100 12-speed HG chain at 126 links, sold for Deore XT and Ultegra drivetrains. Extended portions on the ends of the inner plates give stronger chain retention and a quieter, smoother drivetrain, and with HYPERGLIDE+ cassettes you can keep pedalling through shifts.
The plates carry SIL-TEC, Shimano's low-friction treatment for smoother running and longer wear, and the chain joins with an included Quick-Link (SM-CN910-12). Shimano makes that link non-reusable, so fit a fresh one whenever the chain is opened.
