The Quiet organic compound is the quietest pad SRAM makes. It beds in fast and has plenty of initial bite, which suits road and gravel riding in mostly dry weather. The steel backing plate is tough and handles heat well.
Organic pads do wear faster than sintered, especially in wet, gritty conditions, so keep an eye on pad thickness through winter.
