The SRAM Eagle PowerLock is the connector made for SRAM's 12-speed Eagle chains, the ones found on SX, NX, GX, X01 and XX1 Eagle drivetrains. It's tool-free to install: slot the two halves together, then pedal or pull the chain to snap it shut.
It's worth keeping one in your saddle bag or riding pack. If you snap a chain on the trail, remove the broken link with a chain tool and join it back up with a PowerLock to get home.
Check your chain before you buy. SRAM's newer Eagle Transmission (T-Type) chains use their own PowerLock, and SRAM says the Eagle drivetrain version has longer pins that will move side to side on a T-Type chain. Road Flattop chains need their own connector too.
