Secret Chain Blend is Silca's hot melt wax for dipping chains: a four wax blend of highly refined paraffin loaded with three sizes of nano-scale tungsten disulfide. Silca says the particles fill the surface of the chain, so a waxed chain runs quieter and faster over repeated waxings.
It comes as 500 g of granules in a heat-resistant pouch, made to sit in a pot of hot water, and it is PFAS free. Between full dips you can top the chain up with Silca's Super Secret Chain Lube, which Silca says is matched to this wax. You will need a pot or wax system, a chain-hanging hook and a chain that has been stripped and cleaned first.
