The Shimano TL-BR003 is the bleed funnel for Shimano MTB, trekking and flat-bar hydraulic levers. It screws directly into the lever's M5 bleed port, so there is no separate adapter to lose and no gap for oil to leak out.
Top it up with Shimano mineral oil, push fluid up from the caliper, and watch the bubbles rise through the translucent funnel. When the bleed is done, drop in the oil stopper and unscrew the funnel without spilling the oil left in the cup.
It is the right part for a home mechanic doing their own Shimano bleeds, or as a replacement when an older funnel cracks or goes missing. For drop-bar Shimano levers, you want the road version, the TL-BR002.
