Press-fit bottom brackets have no threads, so the bearings have to be driven out from the opposite side. The PRO Bottom Bracket Remover (PRTL0073) is made for press-fit bearings that suit 24 mm axles, the size used by Shimano Hollowtech II road and MTB cranks.
The tool passes through the shell and catches the back of the far bearing, so a few firm taps drive it out straight and evenly. That is much kinder to your frame, especially a carbon one, than prying with a screwdriver or punch.
