The SPORT-ROLLER CLASSIC is a symmetrical pair of universal panniers for carrying gear on rear racks or lowrider racks. Each pannier has a roll closure, an integrated inner pocket with a main compartment and zipped mesh pocket, plus an included shoulder strap for carrying off the bike. The polyester construction is PVC-laminated, with PS490 nylon sides and PD620 front and back panels.
Mounting is simple with Ortlieb’s QL2.1 system: the automatically locking hooks and lower sliding hook can be adjusted without tools, while included inserts suit rack tubes from 8 to 12 mm. The system fits racks up to 16 mm in diameter, and the lower hook rotates in 15° steps to help position each pannier securely. Anti-scratch contact points help reduce abrasion on the rack.
For unsettled weather, roll the closure three to four times to achieve the stated IP64 protection—dustproof and protected against splash water from all directions.
