Liqui Moly DOT 5.1 is a synthetic, glycol-based brake fluid made for hydraulic systems that call for DOT fluid. On bikes, that means brands like SRAM and Avid, Hayes, Hope and older Formula brakes.
It has a dry boiling point above 260°C and a wet boiling point above 180°C, and it meets FMVSS 116 DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1. That extra heat tolerance helps keep the lever firm on long, steep descents.
The 250 ml bottle is plenty for several full bleeds. Keep the cap tight between uses, because DOT fluid absorbs moisture from the air over time.
