The FLR F-70 is built for trail riding. The one-piece microfibre upper is shaped to the contours of the foot, with extra layers over the toe box and heel to shrug off rocks and debris. A single dial and a strap let you fine tune the fit across the whole foot, and nylon mesh ports, perforations and a breathable tongue keep air moving.
Underneath, the M250 outsole uses injected fibreglass for stiff, efficient pedalling, with full-length arch support that FLR says will not pack out over time. Widely spaced TPU walk pads, dual density lugs and removable toe spikes add grip off the bike, and spare MTB spikes come with the shoes.
