The cleat is thinner and tapered, which makes walking easier and quieter, and it is made from heat-treated forged steel for long life. It works with Shimano SPD pedals and shoes, and Shimano designed it to complement its next-generation trail and enduro pedals. This set includes the cleat nut plates as well as the bolts.
