These are Campagnolo BR-BO500 pad inserts, the special red brake blocks Campagnolo makes for its composite (carbon) wheels. A set of four covers both brakes, with pads marked LEFT and RIGHT so each goes in the correct holder.
They fit Campagnolo pad holders that take the insert system (from model year 2000), with or without a release clip.
